We continue to need your help. Since the safety of our students is a priority for all of us, the following measures have been put in place. A staff member has been assigned at the end of the school day to the parent pick up/drop off area which is located at the north gate. Staff will have a list of students being picked up and will supervise the students during this process. If you are picking your child(ren) up, the dismissal time is 3:45 p.m. for all students. We ask that parents/guardians pick up their child(ren) at the gate.
The bus loading zone in front of the school needs to remain clear of traffic. Please do not drive through the bus zone when students are loading buses.
In order to limit the end of the day classroom disruptions, we ask that students leave early only if it's absolutely necessary, e.g., for an appointment. If you are picking your child up early, please either send a note with your child and/or call the main office before 3:15 p.m. When you arrive, come to the front door and ring the buzzer to speak with a staff member. We will being your child to the door to meet you. If you arrive early to pick up your child, we ask that you wait until pick up time at 3:45 p.m. in order for us to stick to our safe dismissal routines.
Any changes to the end of the day routine for your child must be communicated to the main office via phone call by 3:15 p.m. at the latest. We will not be able to accommodate any requests for changes after this time.
